At the time of booking a deposit of 50% of the amount is required, the remaining amount

To the remaining amout must be added the costs for final cleaning € 30.
If the guest pays the total balance by the deadline, he will be entitled to:
- a refund equal to 50% of the total cost in case of cancellation of the reservation at
least four weeks before check-in;
- a refund equal to 25% of the total cost in case of cancellation of the reservation at
least two weeks before check-in.
